General Betting Rules

• Players must be of legal gambling age (19+ in most provinces, 18+ in some) to place any bet.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless a technical error has occurred on our side.
• Mafia Casino reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stakes for any player at any time without explanation.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your casino wallet after the bet is settled.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error, Mafia Casino reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, or any other form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Mafia Casino operates in CAD (Canadian Dollars) as the primary currency for Canadian players.

Casino Game Rules

Slots

Slot games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Each game displays its RTP (Return to Player) percentage, minimum/maximum bet limits, and payline information in the game interface. All slot outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Progressive jackpots are paid in full as displayed at the time of the winning spin.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios hosted by providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live. The rules of each live game (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker variants) follow standard international casino rules, as displayed within the game interface. Decisions made by players during live games are final.

In the event of a live stream disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection. If the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be refunded.

Table Games & RNG Games

All RNG-based table games (virtual blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.) use certified random number generation. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game. Where rules conflict between these Betting Rules and in-game rules, the in-game rules take precedence for that specific game.

Jackpot Games

Jackpot amounts displayed are accurate at the time of display but may vary due to network latency. The jackpot amount at the exact time of the winning combination is the amount awarded. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

Mafia Casino's integrated sportsbook covers over 30 sports with pre-match and live (in-play) betting options. The following rules apply to all sports wagers.

Bet Types

We offer single bets, accumulators (parlays), system bets, and in-play live bets. For accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection in an accumulator is void, the remaining selections stand as a reduced accumulator.

Odds Format

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Players can switch to fractional or American odds in their account settings. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation time are the final odds for the bet.

Settlement Rules

Live (In-Play) Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. During this time, the odds may change. If your bet is accepted, the odds shown at the time of acceptance apply. Mafia Casino may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during key match events.

Maximum Winnings — Sportsbook

Maximum winnings per bet slip are capped as follows: C$100,000 for pre-match single bets; C$50,000 for accumulator bets; C$10,000 for live in-play bets. These limits may vary by sport and market.

Bonus Wagering Rules

When playing with active bonus funds, the following restrictions apply in addition to all other betting rules:

• Maximum bet per spin/round is C$5 while bonus funds are active.
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute 10%.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — check the bonus terms for the specific list.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the bonus expiry period (10 days for the welcome bonus).
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Sports welcome bonus has a 6x wagering requirement on qualifying bets with minimum odds of 1.80.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets
• Arbitrage betting (exploiting odds differences to guarantee profit)
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events where the outcome is known in advance
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions
