Operator & License

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaForge LTD regarding your use of the Mafia Casino platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or warranties, whether express or implied.

Mafia Casino is currently not available to residents of Ontario, as the platform does not hold an AGCO or iGO license. Access from Ontario is geo-blocked.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Mafia Casino, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces (18+ in certain regions)
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law
• Not be a resident of Ontario, or any other jurisdiction where Mafia Casino is unavailable
• Not be a current or former employee of NovaForge LTD or its affiliates
• Not have a self-exclusion agreement in place with any gambling operator
• Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration
• Maintain only one (1) account on the platform at any time

Account Management

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact support immediately.

KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before the first withdrawal. We require proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Verification may take up to 10 business days. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.

Account Information

You must keep your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance. We reserve the right to request updated documentation at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit is C$10 via Interac. We accept Interac E-Transfer, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies, Apple Pay, and e-wallets. All deposits are processed in CAD. Currency conversion fees may apply for non-CAD deposits.

Deposits are credited immediately for most methods. Mafia Casino does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own fees.

Withdrawals

All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days following approval. The daily withdrawal limit for Bronze tier players is C$750. Higher limits apply to VIP tier players.

Withdrawals must use the same method as the original deposit where technically possible. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be sent to an alternative wallet upon request with additional verification.

Processing times by method: Cryptocurrency — under 1 hour; Interac E-Transfer — 24–72 hours; Cards — 3–5 business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match up to C$750 + 200 free spins + 1 Bonus Crab, with 35x wagering on deposit and bonus
• Free spins winnings are subject to 40x wagering requirement
• Maximum bet while wagering bonus funds is C$5 per spin/round
• Bonuses expire after 10 days if wagering requirements are not met
• Only one bonus may be active at a time
• Mafia Casino reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of offers, will result in account termination

Games & Fairness

All casino games at Mafia Casino use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Our game library exceeds 9,000 titles from 100+ providers, all operating under their respective licenses.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained, professional dealers in certified studios. All game outcomes are final once a round is complete. In the event of a game error or malfunction, Mafia Casino reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game interface. Mafia Casino does not manipulate RTP settings for individual players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating
• Operating multiple accounts (one account per person/household)
• Misrepresentation of identity or age
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction via VPN
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotional offers
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff

Limitation of Liability

Mafia Casino provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaForge LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any technical failures.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds in your casino account at the time the claim arises.

Account Termination

Mafia Casino may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or at our sole discretion for any business reason.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any pending bonus wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited at our discretion.

Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to the Anjouan Gaming Board via their official dispute resolution process.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anjouan and applicable international standards. By using our platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant authorities for the resolution of disputes.
